These terms apply when you use TONITE, an app by VELMONT. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use TONITE
You need to be 16 or older. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. One person, one account.
Be decent
Do not post or send anything that is illegal, hateful, threatening or sexual involving minors, and do not harass or impersonate others. Do not post photos or videos of people who clearly do not want to be in them. We can remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can report content and users in the app.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it and to show it to the people you share it with, only to run TONITE. Only upload what you have the right to share. When you delete something, we delete it.
Going out safely
TONITE helps you plan, but you decide what you do. Drink responsibly, look after your crew and follow the rules of the places you visit. Self-reported stats are just for fun and not advice.
The service
We work hard to keep TONITE running, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. TONITE is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, VELMONT is not liable for indirect damage or for lost content. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change applies. You can stop using TONITE and delete your account at any time.
Law
Dutch law applies to these terms.
